From Vision to Action

A vision becomes reality through action, and action becomes impactful when it reaches those who need it most.

As 2024 draws to a close, we reflect on how our vision came to life this year at Mustard Way.

At the start of this journey, our goal was clear: to use the media to spread the gospel.

From the beginning, we wanted to be a guiding light for those seeking a deeper connection to God, faith, self-discovery, and purpose.

But life, as we all know, isn’t easy.

The challenges of existing in this world as a Christian can feel overwhelming.

That’s why we at Mustard Way have been working hard to pull back the curtain and help you understand why things are the way they are.

Our mission started in late 2023, and that focus continued into 2024.

However, not everything went as planned.

This year brought its own challenges, low points, and hard lessons.

Even so we managed to keep the flame and turned those moments into highlights that will stay with us.

Through it all, one thing remained constant: we refused to back down.

For example, this year, we expanded our team, explored a variety of topics, and secured a few exclusive interviews.

One standout was with Priscilla, who shared her resilient story. Some interviews, of course, remained anonymous to honor privacy requests.

Most importantly, what we’ve loved most about this year is being part of something bigger than ourselves.

It hasn’t just been about the articles we wrote or the posts we shared on social media.

It’s been about the connections we built, the conversations we had, and the impact we made together.

Our journey with you has been building very deliberately as we’ve looked into topics over the months of January to December.

For us, it’s always been about growth and shared victories in our walk with Christ.

How 2024 Unfolded for Us

Looking back, 2024 has been packed with achievements that we are proud to celebrate and share with you.

Article Coverage 📝

This year, we devoted a significant portion of our stories to topics like faith, love, contentment, gratitude, modesty, forgiveness, answers to pressing questions, salvation, and Biblical characters.

As a team of young evangelists, we have grown immensely, learning great lessons along the way.

More importantly, we’ve taken time to critically reflect on what we can improve as we step into the coming year.

New Team Hires 👥

As part of our growth objective, we added new members to the team this year: our Social Media Manager, Amamchim Okodike; Designer, Tochukwu Francis; and Contributing Writer, Shola E. Enoch.

Our New Product 🎁

Amazingly, after 9 months of consistent reportage, we introduced a new product to expand the offerings of our vision and mission here at Mustard Way.

In September, we officially launched Mustard Innovation and Technologies Limited, a software company dedicated to providing technical and consulting services for businesses.

With a skilled and experienced team, our focus is on solving problems, creating value, and sharing knowledge holistically through teaching and intensive internships.

Looking Forward to an Even Better 2025

It’s been an interesting and faith-filled journey so far, and we are just getting started.

Despite everything we’ve faced this year, we remain determined to do even better in the year ahead.

Moreover, our aim remains to spread the light and love of Jesus by using the media to share the gospel with the world.

Next year, we plan to expand our audience reach, write more impactful stories, and answer even more pressing questions.

Above all, we believe these goals can be achieved in our lifetime, and we’d love to hear from you as well.
